If the idea of a creature that sucks blood from its prey interests you, then look no farther. The Chupacabra, also named "the goat sucker" has gotten a nasty reputation over the years when reports first started in the 1990s in Puerto Rico.

The creature is blamed for countless livestock kills of chickens, ducks, turkeys, rabbits, and goats mostly in North and South America (though some have been reported across the globe). There are some theories that the chupacabra could be extraterrestrial in origin (one was reported to be caught and taken by the U.S. Government), or it could be the result of genetic manipulation. Though the chupacabra is more common in Latino culture, its considered by some to be nothing more than a urban myth, though I am a bit skeptical about this creature, I do believe it could be an unknown species of canine.
