Forget angels, our Robbie is loving aliens instead.
The Stoke-born star has claimed to have spotted UFO's three times in the last few years.
Robbie says that the first time he saw a UFO was when he was a kid in Britain.
His second sighting was above a hotel in Beverly Hills.
He said, "I was lying on my sun lounger outside at night. Above me was a square thing that passed over my head silently and shot off."
Robbie also claims that the third UFO appeared as he stood on his bedroom balcony after writing a song about alien contact.
"This big ball of gold light turned up. On my life," he said.
"I'm stopping being a pop star. I'm going to be a full-time Ufologist."
The irrepressible Robbie Williams is said to have a love for all things spooky, and, according to his father, was able to see ghosts even as a child.
More recently, the spirit of an old woman appeared to him while staying at Ringo Starr’s house in Los Angeles.
During a radio interview the 34-year-old singer told Joss Stone that he believes he’s been visited by UFOs three times, including one occasion when he claims he was bathed in gold light while lying on his sunlounger at night.
His friend says: ‘Robbie knows people will think he’s mad, but he doesn’t care. He really believes this stuff.’
Robbie’s mother was always interested in the paranormal and her stories scared him as a child.
‘She talked about spirits and ghosts,’ he’s said. ‘Maybe that’s why I want to investigate UFOs so I can work out why I get scared at night.’
