Sharon K. West is somewhat like a modern-day, paranormal version of "Miss Marple," who can be having tea at home with her cats when suddenly adventure falls into her lap. Then she is off to crawl into a burial tomb, explore the inner circle of Stonehenge, or walk the streets of Chichen Itza. She has an incredible appetite for information, and her friends jokingly declare that the CIA gets less information through waterboarding than she can with her questioning.
