Human ESP

Being able to predict an event before it occurs is nothing new, humans have been intrigued by this ability and others for centuries. Do humans have hidden powers of the mind? The limits are endless since the average human only uses a tiny fraction of his/her brain. Have you ever had the feeling that you knew what was going to happen before it did, or even the feeling of deja vu when you've met someone or experienced something you don't even know. Or maybe you've had the feeling that someone you know and care about is in great trouble. The experiences people have had with certain mind powers are endless to this day and even science can't seem to fully explain the phenomena. Is there a something that connects everyone together, and how or why is this even possible. Mainstream scientists in the field of quantum theory, psychology, and other subjects are actively researching and discovering that extrasensory perception (ESP) and other psychic related abilities produce surprising effects. Starting from WWII until the 1970s, the U.S. Government funded ESP research, so this subject is taken seriously even by those in power. Not everyone has ESP, because for some, the ability comes naturally like a talent. But with all talents and skills, practice can improve the ability over time and even allow greater control and focus. None of this is possible however if you don't truly believe in it however and self recognition that you have these abilities is the first step to physically changing your brain into something more. Through mental exercises, although difficult and frustrating at times, you can train yourself to see beyond your limits. I'm not saying its 100% possible you can develop psi abilities, but if you don't try and practice religiously, how will you ever know? Extraterrestrials have seemed to master ESP in just about all forms through their mind. Why do you think they don't have large nostrils, or a distinct mouth. Its pretty simple why over time these beings have evolved without much use for them. Think about it, what happens to a person when they become blind, he/she learns to rely what they have and other senses become super sensitive and enhanced to where a blind person can hear the slightest whisper or a pin drop, and feel the light breeze when a person moves in their environment. There is even a case where a blind boy has actually taught himself echolocation (an ability dolphins use by multiple clicking sounds which bounce off objects in the environment and back to form a mental picture). So if someone can actually hone their senses to actually echo locate, then other abilities in time can be enhanced through practice. Below I will describe the different kinds of ESP, and in other sections, ways on improving your own psychic abilities yourself.
Remote Viewing - by controlling the use of ESP through certain methods and rules, as a remote viewer, you can see a target (such as a person, or event) that is located distantly in both time and space. This ability is difficult, but can be learned by almost everyone. Ingo Swann sparked remote viewing by successfully perceiving that Jupiter had rings (which was later confirmed by probes). Remote viewing was first popularized in the 1990s after the documents related to the Stargate Project (20 million dollar research program sponsored by the U.S. Federal Government to determine any potential military application of psychic phenomena) which was terminated in 1995. However, the government was working on remote viewing projects since the 70s through the military and CIA. Remote viewing can be very useful in locating lost or endangered people, and in many accounts, have been successful in helping with investigations.
Telepathy - is communicating to another mind through non verbal communication. It often happens naturally when a song comes to your mind and you find another person starts singing the same song. There are two types of telepathy, latent telepathy is described as being the transfer of information, through Psi, with an observable time-lag between transmission and receipt. Precognitive telepathy is described as being the transfer of information, through Psi, about the future state of an individual's mind. There is even technology in development to enable humans use telepathy to transmit thoughts to another.
Clairvoyance - is the ability to see the hidden facets of any object or turn of events.
Psychometry - is the ability to learn all about a particular object by touching it.
Precognition - is the ability to learn beforehand how events would unfold
Retrocognition - is the ability to be able to visualize how events would have taken place in the past.
Out of Body Experience - also called Astral Projection lets you go out of your body and experience a spiritual journey when your perceptive abilities take a quantum jump.
Mediumship - when you can experience contact with spirits, entities, angels, and even demons. A medium is often used to facilitate contact between non-mediums and spirits.
Psychokinesis - Also known as "telekinesis" or mind over matter, is the ability to move things and even levitate objects and affect their properties with the power the the mind. This ability is rare to have and very few can perform this feat. Researchers also think that most forms of psychokinesis are not consciously intended. Poltergiest activity may even be explained by telekinesis since people under great emotional distress may cause objects to break or move subconsciously. Some magicians seem to be able to display these abilities, but there is compelling evidence telekinesis is real. In April, 2001, 60 students from the University of Arizona with professor Gary Schwartz conducted a spoon bending party and were actually able to bend spoons and forks using telekinesis with varying degrees of success. http://realityshifters.com/pages/articles/spoonbendingparty.html
Notable people with Psychokinetic powers
Stanislawa Tomczyk from Poland was known when poltergeist type phenomena occured around her in the years of 1908-1910. It was later found out that she was in fact causing the activity, but only under hypnosis could she replicate the phenomena. She was regularly hypnotized and under the state she took on another personality called "Little Stasia." She could move things without touching them, stop the movement of clocks in a case, and even pick the right numbers on a roulette by influencing it. Dr. Ochorowicz says the physical movements of objects were performed by "rays" or fine threads emanating from her fingers. Ochorowicz observed, "the thread gets thinner and disappears; it gives the same sensation as a spider's web. If it is cut with scissors, its continuity is immediately restored." 1910, she produced the same phenomena when tested under strict conditions at a laboratory in Warsaw.
Nina Kulagina (1926 - 1990) from Russia found her abilities by trying to develop other psyhic powers. She is reported to have moved many nonmagnetic objects such as bread, clock pendulums, salt shaker, and many others on black and white film. In order to create the effect, Nina had to mediate and when she was focused, she felt a sharp pain in her spine and blurred vision. In the late 1970s, Nina had a near fatal heart attack which made her ability to demonstrate psyhokinesis limited under controlled conditions. According to a report by Dr. Zverev, Nina's heart was irregular, had high blood sugar, suffered limb pains, dizzyness and her endocring system was disturbed most likley caused by her paranormal exertions.
Uri Geller is a popular psychic who publicly demonstrated powers of psychokinesis with his trademark spoon and key bending acts. Geller was born in Tel Aviv, Mandate of Palestine to Jewish parents with an Austro-Hungarian background, he began to bend spoons after he saw a magician on TV. Geller stunned audiences by demonstrating he could bend metal objects far away in multiple locations on a British radio show in 1973. Minutes after the claim, phone calls poured in with listeners saying knives, forks, spoons, nails, and keys spontaneiously bent and twisted. Even clocks and watches that were broken began to work again. Alot of people are still skeptical still about Uri and there have been some videos of him supposedly cheating.
