About : UFO Hotspots are areas where UFOs are often seen, theories are that these areas have large pockets of energies or may have a portal or vortex into other dimensions and possibly hold a secret base. Another theory is that earth generates enormous amounts of energy which are released more in certain areas, and hotspots sit on these powerpoints and by connecting them with ley lines, they generate a "power grid" or vortex.  UFOs could possibly create wormholes to travel to different points in the Universe with these energies.

General Characteristics of a UFO Hotspot

1. Military presence nearby

2. Unusual landmarks, sacred locations (I.E. Stonehenge, magnetic rock formations, ancient ruins)

3. Highly magnetic anomalous region

4. Ongoing history of unexplained phenomena

Of course these basic guidelines for a hotspot do not apply everywhere, as there are many supposed hotspots which don't have some of the characteristics that we know of.
